Removing Your Facebook Data

If you have connected a Facebook or Instagram account to the MetrAIx and wish to have your data removed, you have two options:

Option 1 — Disconnect from MetrAIx

  1. Log in to MetrAIx at metraix.ai
  2. Go to Admin → Social Connections
  3. Click Disconnect next to the Facebook account

This immediately revokes the access token and removes your social account data from our system.

Option 2 — Revoke from Facebook

  1. Go to your Facebook App Settings
  2. Find XYZ-MetrAIx in the list of apps
  3. Click Remove

Facebook will notify us and we will delete your stored access token within 24 hours.

Request Full Data Deletion

To request complete deletion of all your data from our platform, email us at privacy@infigroup.co with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your encrypted social media access tokens
  • Your connected account information (account name, account ID)
  • Any personal information associated with your MetrAIx account
