MetrAIx (“MetrAIx”), operated by InfiGroup, is a content calendar and social media publishing platform used by marketing agencies and their clients. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

• Account data: Name and email address of platform users.
• Social account tokens: When you connect a Facebook, Instagram, or other social account via OAuth, we store an encrypted access token to enable analytics and publishing features.
• Content data: Content entries, briefs, and comments created within the platform.
• Usage data: Logs of actions taken within the platform for audit and debugging purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide the content calendar and scheduling features.
• To retrieve social media analytics from connected accounts (with your permission).
• To send email notifications related to content deadlines and comments.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Facebook and Instagram Data

When you connect a Facebook or Instagram account, we request access to your Pages and account information in accordance with the permissions you grant. We use this data solely to display analytics and enable content publishing. We do not share your Facebook or Instagram data with third parties. You may revoke access at any time from the Social Connections settings within MetrAIx or directly from your Facebook account settings.

5. Data Retention

Social account tokens are retained until you disconnect the account or your access is revoked. Content data is retained for the duration of your use of the platform. You may request deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

6. Security

Social account tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
