1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MetrAIx (“MetrAIx”), you agree to these Terms of Service. MetrAIx is a content calendar and social media publishing platform operated by InfiGroup, provided to marketing agencies, their teams, and their clients.

2. Permitted Use

MetrAIx is a content management and social media scheduling platform. Accounts are provisioned per organisation, and access to a workspace is limited to its authorised members. You may not share your credentials or grant access to unauthorized parties.

3. Connected Social Accounts

When you connect a social media account (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to MetrAIx, you authorize InfiGroup to access and use that account’s data for analytics and content publishing purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect accounts at any time from the Social Connections settings.

4. Content Ownership

All content created within MetrAIx remains the property of the respective brand or client. InfiGroup does not claim ownership over any content entered into the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

MetrAIx is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. InfiGroup is not liable for any loss of data, missed publishing deadlines, or damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of MetrAIx after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
