How it works

One pass through a content period, from empty calendar to published post.

Four stages, each with a clear owner. Nothing moves forward on a screenshot or a chat message, so the state of the work is always visible to both the agency and the client.

  1. 01

    Agency team

    Build the plan

The strategist maps the period on the brand calendar and drafts each entry with its channel, format, and creative direction. Copywriters and designers pick up the entries assigned to them.

  2. 02

    Agency team

    Produce the work

Copy and creative are attached to the entry itself. Internal reviewers leave comments in place, and the entry moves through production states as it progresses.

  3. 03

    Client

    Review and approve

The client opens a branded review link, sees each post as it will appear per channel, and approves or requests changes. Requested changes return to the team with the comment attached.

  4. 04

    MetrAIx

    Publish on schedule

Approved entries publish to the brand’s connected accounts at the scheduled time. Each attempt is recorded in the activity log, so a failure is visible rather than silent.

What happens when a post fails to publish

Every publish attempt is written to the brand’s activity log with its result. A failed attempt stays visible with the reason attached, rather than disappearing, so the team can fix the entry and try again instead of discovering the gap a week later.
